Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across projects
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client requirements
• Liaise with internal teams (developers, product managers) to identify and resolve system requirements and issues
• Monitor debugging process results and provide detailed feedback
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and suggest solutions
• Train users or internal stakeholders to implement and follow QA best practices
• Track and report quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, trends, and strategies

Requirements:

• 2 Years proven experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
