Job Description

We are hiring Quality Checking Analysts for a Banking KYC Form Filling Project. The role involves reviewing and validating data entered by Data Entry Operators to ensure high accuracy, compliance, and billing eligibility as per client standards.

This is a quality-critical role that directly impacts monthly revenue and client billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on KYC data entered by Data Entry Operators
• Identify, classify, and document errors accurately
• Verify critical fields such as Name, DOB, PAN, Aadhaar, Address, Bank details, etc.
• Ensure compliance with defined accuracy calculation standards
• Send error forms back to respective Data Entry Operators for correction
• Re-verify corrected forms and confirm accuracy
• Maintain daily and monthly quality reports
• Ensure that overall team accuracy meets billing thresholds
• Follow SOPs and client quality guidelines strictly
• Focus on error prevention, not error correction

Quality Standards & Accountability

• Accuracy is calculated using the formula: Accuracy (%) = 100 − (Total Errors Found ÷ Total QC-ed Forms) × 100
• All errors identified are counted once, even after correction
• QC decisions are final unless excluded under defined exception rules
• Missed critical errors may lead to performance review or deduction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in:
• KYC processing
• Banking operations
• Data quality / audit / BPO projects
• Prior QC experience is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of KYC documents and banking data
• Ability to read and understand English clearly
• Basic computer proficiency
• Knowledge of data accuracy metrics and reporting
• Ability to work independently and make objective decisions

Mandatory Selection Process

• Candidates must clear a QC accuracy and error-identification test
• Practical assessment will be conducted before final selection

Confidentiality & Compliance

• Must sign NDA and Data Confidentiality Agreement

Any data misuse or manipulation will lead to immediate termination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
