Role Overview

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, testing, and evaluating product quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and product testing.
• Analyze data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with Omani regulations and international quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality analysis.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Omani regulatory requirements is a plus.
