Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst with a minimum 2-4 years of experience in the Charge Entry department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of charge entry processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures to enhance overall performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of charge entry processes to identify discrepancies and errors- Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to address issues and provide training as needed
- Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify trends
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management for process improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Charge Entry department
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using charge entry software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in Quality Management or related field is a plus
