Job Overview:

We’re looking for a meticulous Quality Analyst to audit back-office processes, map error data, and ensure data accuracy. The role involves creating checklists and logs, performing quality checks, and presenting weekly reports to department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and evaluate data entry processes for accuracy.
• Identify errors, track patterns, and maintain checklists/logs.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure adherence to standards.
• Compile and present weekly MIS reports to management.
• Suggest process improvements for better data quality.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in data entry or quality assurance.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, reports).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
