Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Quality Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience and strong communication skills to ensure quality standards across IT processes, applications, and deliverables. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality assurance within an IT environment and the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate IT processes, applications, tickets, or deliverables for quality
• Monitor compliance with defined IT standards, SOPs, and SLAs
• Perform quality audits and prepare detailed quality reports
• Identify defects, gaps, and process improvement areas
• Provide feedback and quality insights to developers, support teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and quality metrics are maintained

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6months to 2.5 years of Quality Analyst experience in IT industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts and QA methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic understanding of automation testing concepts
• Experience in API testing / database testing
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
• Knowledge of SQL basics
