** Audit calls/chats and ensure process quality

** Track ZTP & Fatal Errors, and maintain detailed QA reports

** Requirements:

** Excellent communication & analytical skills

** Good knowledge of QA tools & BPO metrics

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
