Summary:

The Quality Analyst Sales is responsible for ensuring the quality of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closing. They will work closely with the sales team to identify and address any issues that could impact sales performance. The Quality Analyst Sales will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance programs and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures for the sales process.
• Monitor and audit sales calls, emails, and other communication to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and document sales process errors and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance procedures for the sales team.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on their performance.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in sales quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Experience in the sales industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
