Quality Analyst / Software Tester (Freshers Welcome)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst / Software Tester to join our team. This role is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality software products and eager to learn testing best practices in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand software requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Work closely with developers to verify fixes and ensure issue resolution
• Participate in sprint meetings and QA discussions
• Ensure software quality before release to production
• Prepare basic test reports and status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc or equivalent)
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC & STLC
• Knowledge of manual testing in web and/or mobile applications
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Good to Have

• Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
