Job Summary:

EncureIT Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by designing, executing, and analyzing various test cases. The ideal candidate should be able to identify defects, report issues, and collaborate with the development team to resolve software problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and security of applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications and systems.
• Identify, report, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on product design.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, ensuring clear communication with development teams to drive timely resolution.
• Ensure the software meets quality standards and end-user requirements.
• Participate in test case reviews and code reviews to ensure the highest quality in deliverables.
• Work in an Agile environment, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test reports and document results for review by stakeholders.
• Maintain and update testing environments and tools as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Basic Knowledge with software testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, QTest).
• Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
• Knowledge of different types of testing (functional, regression, performance, user acceptance).
• Experience in writing detailed, clear, and concise test cases.
• Ability to analyze and report on complex problems and software defects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
