Kamada Plasma, a proud subsidiary of Kamada Ltd., brings more than 25 years of plasma collection expertise, beginning in Beaumont and expanding with the opening of our Houston collection center in 2024 and our San Antonio collection center in 2025. As an FDA-licensed, PPTA- and CLIA-certified organization, we use advanced automated technology to collect rare human plasma that supports life-saving therapies worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Support daily quality assurance activities that help maintain compliance and donor safety

• Review records and processes to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities

• Conduct floor observations and GEMBA walks, providing real-time feedback and guidance

• Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up related to quality events

• Support internal and external audits and help prepare the center for inspections

• Maintain production certifications and support center operations as needed

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation

• Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams

Preferred

• 1–2 years of experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment

• Plasma collection or healthcare experience

• Interest in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement

Working Environment

This role is based onsite in a plasma collection center and involves standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following strict safety and quality protocols. Attention to detail, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.
