Quality Assurance (Peptide Headblocks) - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for Quality Assurance to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine field inspections of architectural and interior construction activities.
• Validate contractor work against architectural drawings, specifications, submittals, and quality plans.
• Perform QA checks across phases after core & shell.
• Identify deficiencies, create detailed punch lists, and track closure through to completion.
• Review material installations for correct sequencing, workmanship, and compliance with manufacturer standards.
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in construction quality assurance, architecture, or construction management.
• Strong background in architectural construction.
• Experience with labs, universities, commercial buildings, or research facilities (pharma experience NOT required).
• Hands-on field experience performing inspections on active construction sites.
• Understanding of sequencing of post–core & shell work and interior build-outs.
