QA / Test Engineer (Entry-Level – Campus Hiring)

Location: Erie, PA (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Eligibility: Recent Graduates (2024–2026 Pass-Outs Preferred)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our QA team as QA/Test Engineers . This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about software testing and quality assurance and want to start their career working on enterprise-level applications .

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and create test cases and scenarios
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA reviews
• Support automation testing initiatives when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
• Knowledge of manual testing methodologies
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Understanding of API testing tools like Postman
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Internship or academic project experience in testing

• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
