Job Description (Quality Assurance Analyst)
About the Role
Assist in implementing the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) in accordance with IIA standards and internal audit policies.
Responsibilities

Conduct pre-issuance and post-issuance quality reviews of audit assignments, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal audit methodology.

Review audit working papers, risk assessments, and reports for adequacy, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.

Prepare review notes, working papers, and follow-up summaries for discussion with the Manager QA and relevant audit teams.

Support the preparation of internal QA reports and dashboards highlighting audit quality trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

Assist in tracking implementation of QA recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to departmental readiness for other regulatory inspections.

Support in designing and updating QA checklists, templates, and tools to ensure uniformity and standardization of audit documentation.

Help coordinate training sessions and awareness programs to strengthen audit quality and regulatory compliance within the team.

Ensuring full compliance of banking laws, regulations, banking instructions & processes.
