- Conduct daily and weekly inspections across route families and special spaces.
- Validate completion of required tasks, restroom supply levels, appearance standards, and corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection logs, route timing studies, trend reports, and closeout records.
- Support schedule refinement during mobilization and early performance.
- Coach employees on task sequence, room reset standards, stock replenishment, and safe chemical handling.
- Coordinate with the Contract Manager on customer concerns, staffing gaps, and same-day recovery actions.
- Assist with documentation for special spaces and audit readiness.
- 2+ years of custodial supervisory, lead, or quality-control experience.
- Experience performing inspections and documenting deficiencies clearly and accurately.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, forms, mobile devices, or checklists to track work status.
- Ability to obtain and maintain installation access and pass customer-required background screening.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Military base, school, healthcare, or large-campus cleaning experience.
- Experience with route optimization, floor-care scheduling, and training new hires.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
