Position Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Location: Pittsburgh, PA - on-site 5 days/week, on-site interview

Overview:

This team supports testing for teller applications. A strong teller background is required, including experience in banking branch operations and full-cycle transaction processing. There are multiple advancement levels within teller testing, offering clear opportunities for growth and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing for teller applications, including Argo
• Support release testing and manage cycle inputs

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency with Argo and Jira
• Experience tracking and documenting test defects
• Familiarity with recycler systems
• Minimum of 1–2 years of teller experience (required)
