Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to help support and strengthen our quality systems, production documentation, and operational compliance.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process improvement, and working closely with manufacturing teams to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize SOPs, batch records, quality documentation, and training records
• Assist with GMP, FDA, NSF, and internal compliance initiatives
• Review production paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Support internal audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking
• Assist with customer complaints, investigations, and non-conformance reporting
• Conduct routine floor checks and quality verifications during production
• Help train employees on documentation and quality procedures
• Work closely with operations and production teams to improve consistency and reduce errors
• Assist with implementation of new quality systems and procedures as the company grows

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, food production, packaging, supplements, nicotine products, or regulated industries preferred
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMPs, or compliance systems is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital documentation systems
• Self-motivated and dependable

Location

This position is based on-site in Oilville, Virginia.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
