Quality Assurance Engineer – Carton Industry

About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in the carton manufacturing and packaging sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control systems, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that final products comply with local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of raw materials (paper, inks, adhesives).
• Monitor production lines (cutting, printing, gluing) and resolve quality deviations.
• Prepare regular quality performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SASO, and other relevant quality standards.
• Train production staff on quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in the carton or packaging industry).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
