We’re bringing QA in-house to elevate product quality, improve release confidence, and reduce production issues. This is a
high-impact role
where you’ll work directly with engineering leadership to build a modern QA practice from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
-
Own
end-to-end quality
across mobile and web applications
-
Design and execute
manual and automated test strategies
-
Build and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
-
Partner closely with developers to catch issues early (shift-left QA)
-
Test complex workflows including:
-
Image capture + measurement logic (mobile)
-
Offline sync + data reconciliation
-
PDF generation + reporting
-
EHR integrations (FHIR, HL7)
-
Validate releases before deployment and support
release readiness

Reproduce and triage production issues (using tools like Seq, Bugsee
)
-
Help define and implement
automation strategy (Playwright, Appium, etc.)

Improve QA processes, tooling, and standards across the team
What We’re Looking For
-
3–6+ years of QA experience (SaaS, mobile + web preferred)
-
Experience testing
mobile apps (iOS/Android)
and
web applications
-
Strong understanding of:
-
API testing (Postman, REST, etc.)
-
Test case design & regression planning
-
Debugging and issue reproduction
-
Experience with
test automation frameworks
(or strong desire to build)

Comfortable working in a
fast-moving startup environment

Strong communication skills — able to work directly with developers and leadership
Nice to Have

Experience with
.NET / Angular environments

Experience with healthcare systems, EHRs, or FHIR

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

Experience testing image processing or camera-based applications

Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms
