About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead to own and drive our QA strategy, ensure product quality across releases, and mentor the team while improving testing processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own QA strategy, standards, and release quality across the platform
• Lead and mentor a small QA team, raising the bar on quality
• Drive automation and improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Support to catch issues early
• Act as a quality gate for releases in a fast-paced CI/CD environment
• Dive into bugs, reproduce issues, and ensure strong resolution loops

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA, including 1–2 years in a lead or senior role
• Advanced English (C1+) required for client communication and cross-team collaboration
• Strong experience testing SaaS products (APIs, workflows, edge cases)
• Hands-on with automation tools (Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with billing, subscriptions, or payment systems
• Experience working with support tools like Zendesk
• Experience scaling QA in growing teams
