We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who’s passionate about quality and ready to take our testing processes to the next level!

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow our QA team
• Define and continuously improve testing strategies (manual and automated)
• Oversee complete testing cycles for releases, including regression, performance, and load testing
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development(Frontend-Backend), and Project Management teams to ensure top-quality deliverables
• Drive continuous improvements in QA documentation, workflows, and best practices

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional QA experience, with proven leadership or team coordination responsibilities
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Experience setting up and optimizing automation testing pipelines
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks of your choice
• Background in mobile applications; gaming experience is a big plus
• Experience with test management tools (knowledge of XRAY is a nice to have)
• Passion for football and sports games is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• QA certifications (ISTQB or equivalent) are a strong advantage
