Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and ensure the quality of services, products, and processes across the organization. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, analyzing performance, and identifying areas for improvement. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards, resolve quality issues, and meet customer expectations effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Quality Assurance, including experience in quality management systems and process optimization.
- Proficient in conducting audits, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Skilled in team collaboration, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is required; certification in quality management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO certifications) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software is desirable.
What We Need
- 10+ years in QA/QC roles on fit-out, interior, or building construction projects.
- Thorough knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
- Experience across FF&E;, finishes, MEP, ELV, glazing, and specialty scopes.
- Ability to lead and manage a site inspection team.
- Strong documentation discipline and report-writing skills.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Developing and implementing the project Quality Management Plan.
- Reviewing and approving ITPs, method statements, and mock-up approvals.
- Conducting site inspections and overseeing defect tracking through to closeout.
- Managing the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) process.
- Coordinating with the Specifications Specialist and consultants on technical compliance.
