Quality Assurance Manager - (Male/ Female)

Our organization related to Human Resource sector and provides Career Development, Employment facilitation and Job placement services. Our office located at Main PWD Road, Islamabad.

We are looking for suitable candidate for position of Quality Assurance Manager (Male/ Female) .

Key JD’s:

• Ensure 100% quality in service delivery (operations) as per SOP’s and prepare improvement reports for implementations.
• Track communications with candidates and clients, collect feedback, and suggest actions for improvement and implement them.
• Monitor social media for negative feedback or issues, contact back negative commenters to resolve their concerns, document all findings, and recommend / implementation solutions.
• Record and publish candidates’ and clients’ experiences and success stories.
• Monitor overall organization credibility / reputation, prepare report on it and implement solutions.
• Track job placements, maintain records, and develop strategies to improve placement outcomes.

Position Eligibility:

• Qualification: MBA/ BBA/ BS (Business / Management / HR/ Marketing/ Social Sciences / Computer/IT)
• Age: 22 Years to 40 Years

Experience:

• 1–3 years in client relations, quality control, or customer experience roles
• Experience in social media monitoring and reputation management is preferred
• Prior experience in job placement tracking or operational reporting is advantageous

Office timings: 09:00am to 06:00pm. (Monday to Saturday)
