Quality Assurance Nurse

The QA Nurse responsibilities include implementing, educating, coaching, validating, and monitoring Oak Park Place Nursing staff development, QA programs, Clinical policies and procedures, Customer Satisfaction, and Care management. The QA Nurse also e nsures continuity of quality care delivery throughout the continuum of stay using nursing process steps: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. This job description will be evolving and restructured as the company grows and needs change.

QA Nursing Qualifications:

• 5+ years of RN or LPN experience
• Current WI Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term care
• Experience with the applicable state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid
