Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh for the role of Quality Assurance Officer. The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee and evaluate the quality of services and processes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing quality assurance strategies, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and supporting the development of quality management systems. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure continuous process enhancements.


Responsibilities:


  • Follow, develop, and implement quality assurance plans for training programs
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and reviews
  • Identify and document quality issues
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Monitor and track quality metrics and KPIs
  • Report on quality assurance activities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for quality assurance in training and development
  • Assist with the development and implementation of training programs


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in training and development, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
  • Strong academic & vocational training background
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs for training and development initiatives
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
