Quality Assurance Officer

We Are Hiring – Quality Control & Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for a qualified QC & QA Officer to ensure food safety, hygiene, and product quality in our chocolate production facility.

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HACCP system and CCP monitoring

Conduct ISO internal audits and prepare for external audits

Ensure Halal compliance and support Halal audits

Perform daily hygiene and GMP inspections

Inspect raw materials, production process, and finished products

Handle non-conforming products and corrective actions

Maintain quality records and reports

Train staff on food safety and hygiene

Requirements:

HACCP Level 3 Certification (mandatory)

Experience in food manufacturing (chocolate preferred)

Knowledge of ISO food safety systems

Experience with Halal audits

Strong hygiene and GMP knowledge
