Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring HVAC products, refrigerants, and related services meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality standards for HVAC products and refrigerants.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve quality-related concerns.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Support supplier and vendor quality evaluations.
• Work with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Technical teams to improve quality performance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of refrigerants.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality management systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of QA experience, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of refrigerants (HFC, HFO, HCFC, natural refrigerants), HVAC systems, and environmental regulations.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
