Role & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, and client expectations. The role involves monitoring, auditing, and improving quality processes across facilities management projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed.
- Monitor service delivery performance and compliance with client contracts.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
- Support training and awareness programs for staff on quality procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for QMS compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
