Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance (QA), your primary responsibility will be to
ensure the high quality and reliability of our products or services. You will
play a critical role in maintaining and improving our standards by meticulously
evaluating and testing our deliverables to identify defects, inconsistencies,
and potential areas for enhancement. Your attention to detail, analytical
mindset, and dedication to quality will be essential in delivering a superior
customer experience.

Experience:

4+ Years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, strategies, and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
2. Conduct thorough testing of software, applications, or products, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to identify and document defects and ensure compliance
with quality standards.
3. Report and track defects using designated tools, communicate issues to the development team, and verify fixes to ensure they meet quality standards.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results, for future reference and compliance purposes.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices and quality standards within the organization.
6. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
7. Participate in or contribute to test automation efforts to streamline repetitive testing tasks and increase testing efficiency.
8. Ensure that products or services adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with test automation and testing frameworks (optional but preferred).
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies (optional but preferred).
