Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant for a Contract with a client in Princeton, NJ. Candidates must ensure end-to-end solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, backed by deep experience designing and executing test strategies.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, execute, and optimize test strategies across end‑to‑end ServiceNow workflows to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants, Business Process Consultants, and Project Managers to support internal development testing and customer UAT.
• Document defects clearly, track resolution progress, and retest fixes to ensure solutions meet functional, compliance, and usability standards.
• Validate that acceptance criteria accurately reflect intended business outcomes by partnering with Business Process Consultants.
• Support and guide customers through UAT planning, execution, and defect triage activities.
• Provide quality-focused advisory insights to improve stability, functionality, and overall efficiency in ServiceNow implementations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of hands‑on QA experience, preferably within ServiceNow or enterprise application testing environments.
• Strong proficiency in designing and executing test strategies, including functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Technical Consultants, Business Process Consultants, Project Managers) to drive defect resolution and ensure quality delivery.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
