Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month

Golpik is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This mid-level role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams, contributing to both manual and automated testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed test cases, plans, and scenarios for manual and automated testing.
• Monitor and track test coverage to validate functional and regression requirements.
• Log, verify and document defects with clear reproduction steps, collaborating with developers for timely fixes.
• Maintain and optimize automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Actively participate in grooming and planning sessions to assess feature testability.
• Deliver detailed test reports and sign-off documentation for each release cycle.
• Standardize QA processes and maintain a library of reusable test assets.
• Provide real-time visibility into QA coverage, test progress, and release readiness through Google Sheets dashboards.

Tools & Technologies

• Jira – Defect tracking and agile project management
• Postman – API testing and validation
• Selenium – Browser automation and UI testing
• TestRail – Test case management and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in manual and automated QA testing.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Postman, Selenium, and TestRail.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Ability to design and maintain test plans, scripts, and reusable assets.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
