Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure all project activities comply with quality standards, technical specifications, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of quality management systems, conduct inspections, prepare documentation, and support continuous improvement across construction and landscape project sites.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), procedures, and checklists.

Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Review and approve material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and quality-related documentation.

Monitor non-conformances (NCRs), root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues and ensure timely inspections.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, quality reports, and documentation for project handover.

Ensure laboratory testing (soil, concrete, water, etc.) is conducted according to project requirements.

Support internal audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across project sites.

Verify that all materials delivered to the site meet approved specifications and standards.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures relevant to QA/QC activities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or landscape projects.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards), inspection methodologies, and testing procedures.

Familiarity with project specifications, drawings, and material standards.

Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Certifications in QA/QC or ISO implementation are an advantage.
