Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer with strong experience in Secant piling, Shoring works, Micro tunneling, Pumping station projects with UAE.

Requirements:

• Implement and monitor project QA/QC plans to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and materials
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and third-party inspectors for quality approvals
• Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, reports, and records
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken for non-conformities
• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures in construction projects
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations, ISO standards, and project specifications
• Proficient in material testing, inspection procedures, and quality documentation
• Ability to prepare Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and NCR (Non-Conformance Reports)
• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
• Project Experience with Secant piling, Shoring works, Micro tunneling, Pumping station projects with Dubai Municipality.
