Quality Assurance Representative (B2B Platform)

We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to join our Quality Assurance team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced B2B digital platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and basic audits on platform processes and customer interactions
• Monitor service standards and report gaps to the Quality Manager
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support & Product teams

· Review client feedback and support process improvements

· Maintain QA documentation and assist in internal training sessions

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred)

· Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of QA / Operations / Support experience

· Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
