Quality Assurance Senior Associate

Answer Financial is an Allstate company with 25+ years in the industry and one of the nation's largest and longest running personal lines insurance agencies. We are 100% remote - work from home company.

The Quality Assurance Senior Associate completes quality control (QC) audits within designated areas of responsibility by evaluating processes for the business unit, clients, and the quality team. We offer a flexible work schedule for the position.

Responsibilities

• Follows established audit guidelines, focusing on detail, in order to complete tasks attentively, thoroughly, and accurately
• Support the completion of multiple complex tasks
• Assists with vetting of identified defects with operational leaders via e-mail, dispute process and/or conference calls
• Assists with onboarding of new analysts by sharing technical knowledge, demonstrating responsibilities through job shadowing, and responding to questions
• Conducts audits on transactions within area of responsibility and assist with documentation of auditing procedures to ensure current and accurate capture of team operations
• Utilizes knowledge of operating policies and procedures to recommend solutions for enhancing operations while aligning with client expectations and corporate objectives
• Performs quality control audits as directed by management, and within established production and accuracy standards

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent-required
• Active property and casualty license – preferred.
• Pass and/or maintain required state licensing and carrier appointments – required.

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (preferred)
• The ability to work independently.

Additional Requirements

• Answer associates are required to have a distraction-free workspace.
• If licensed, active resident state *P&C license in good standing and CE compliant, required.
• If unlicensed, successfully complete pre-licensing study program and pass resident state Department of Insurance P&C exam, required.

The compensation range for this role is a base hourly pay rate of $18.65-$22.00 per hour.

*Please note Company guidelines require a Property & Casualty license. You are responsible for completing and covering the cost of all Continuing Education courses if required within 6 months of hire date. Candidates with a Personal Lines license will join an unlicensed class, complete pre-licensing courses, and sit for their resident state P&C license. **In addition, due to state pre-licensing requirements and resident license processing we do not hire in certain states if you are unlicensed.
