Position Summary
This role is essential for managing ERP processes and overseeing demand and supply planning for export operations involving food ingredients, direct/indirect packaging, consumables, cutlery, and crockery within the Middle East region.
Additionally, the position plays a key role in supporting the execution of the
Frozen Project
, ensuring seamless coordination with franchise partners and intercompany stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Packaging Procurement for Middle East

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for direct and flexible packaging across the Middle East region.

Ensure timely replenishment and stock availability of packaging materials in the country Hub to meet operational and export requirements.

Collaborate with Marketing and suppliers to define specifications and finalize details for new product development.

Prepare monthly spend reports, monitor performance against budget, and manage supplier KPIs and productivity metrics.
2. ERP Management for Frozen Project

Oversee ERP workflows for Frozen Project operations, including stock movements from frozen to thawing and thawing to ambient stages within 3PL warehouses.

Maintain accurate system updates for frozen inventory and ensure compliance with operational timelines.
3. System Updates & Copacked Lines

Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) and production orders in ERP for copacked lines.

Process ERP updates for bulk, prepack, and export orders to franchise partners and KSA.
4. Customer Support & Coordination

Serve as the main point of contact for franchise and intercompany partners regarding packaging availability, seasonal launches, pricing, MOQ, and lead times.

Provide proactive communication to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting

Monitor demand fulfillment rates for packaging and Frozen Project operations.

Generate reports to track stock levels, ERP accuracy, and operational efficiency in the warehouse.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years in procurement, demand planning, or data/trend analysis.

Agile, logical, and adaptable to new processes and opportunities.

Capabilities:
Ability to manage end-to-end procurement, ERP handling for frozen workflows, export order processing, and customer service.

Personality:
Dynamic, eager to learn, with a strong supply chain background.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Experience in food import/export is an advantage.

Driving License is essential.
