Quality Assurance Specialist Position

Utah Case Management is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The position is preferably full-time. We offer the benefit of a flexible work schedule allowing you to govern your own hours and schedule. This is a remote position. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-orientated individual to join our team. We are currently looking for someone in the Utah. See below for responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Managing Client Audits with the NCW program and/or HRSS program
• Complete 90 Day Reviews For Provided Clients
• Send Monthly Assignments to Supervisors and Staff
• Verify RN’s Have Completed Annual Assessments
• Attend Google Meetings and take notes/record meeting as needed
• Assist in Maintaining Compliance Measures
• Assist Quality Assurance Manager, Directors, and CEOs on a variety of administrative and office tasks and projects

Qualifications:

• Utah Resident and residing in Utah
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have adequate computer literacy skills
• Must be able to accept constructive criticism and direction
• Must be able to work independently as well as function as a team player
• Must be able to use your own computer and phone for work purposes
• Detail oriented
• Self motivated
• Good communication and organizational skills

Pay Rate:

• $18/hour

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
