Quality Assurance Specialist (eCommerce)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of our eCommerce website. The role includes reviewing the site end-to-end, validating UI/UX, ensuring data accuracy, testing features across devices and browsers, and coordinating with development teams to ensure all updates meet quality standards. The QA Specialist will serve as a critical link between business, design, and development teams.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of the eCommerce website.

· Review the full website including homepage, categories, product pages, cart, checkout, search, and filters.

· Validate UI/UX accuracy, layout consistency, and design implementation.

· Check product data accuracy, missing images, broken links, and navigation issues.

· Test responsiveness on desktop, mobile, and tablet.

· Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

· Use tools such as Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and DevTools for performance checks.

· Identify SEO errors, rendering issues, console errors, and loading delays.

· Document bugs with screenshots, steps to reproduce, and expected vs actual results.

· Track issues in Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

· Re-test and verify fixes after developer updates.

· Prepare and maintain test cases, QA checklists, and regression test results.

· Analyze customer complaints and feedback to find recurring website problems.

· Recommend improvements to UI, UX, website flow, and performance.

· Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure correct implementation of updates.

· Validate all updates before they go live.

· Ensure website meets accessibility, security, legal, and mobile-first standards.

· Stay updated with new QA tools, methods, and eCommerce testing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance, especially in eCommerce product environment or work any internation campaign.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of quality control tools, testing methodologies, root cause analysis.
• Experience using measuring instruments and quality inspection equipment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, feedback, and testing results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
