About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning, accuracy, and performance of our Real Estate CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing workflows, identifying system gaps, validating feature performance, and ensuring an exceptional user experience for our sales teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and validate CRM modules including Leads, Bookings, Inventory, Commissions, and Reporting.
• Identify bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies in system functionality.
• Conduct manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Prepare detailed QA reports including test cases, test plans, and bug logs.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor CRM updates and ensure smooth feature deployment.
• Verify data accuracy, workflow automation, and integration performance.
• Ensure UI/UX quality standards are met.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and new releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of QA or software testing experience (real estate CRM experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, and real estate business flows.
• Good knowledge of manual testing techniques.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar bug-tracking systems.
• Ability to write clear test cases, test scenarios, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate CRM testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for basic data validation.
• Understanding of API testing (Postman preferred).
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (optional).
