Quality Assurance (SQA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for testing software to ensure it meets high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. This role includes creating and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing software.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, support) to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Conduct performance and load testing as needed.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
