Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician will play a key role in the transfer of formulae from R&D to Manufacturing. The objective will be to ensure that these formulae are stable and the manufacturing process is sound.

Quality Assurance Technician

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am- 4pm

Job Requirements:

• Perform quality control inspections on product stability of new and existing formulae.
• Assures that all stability testing in on schedule.
• Calibrate pH meters, Viscometers, organize stability samples and maintain in stability chambers.
• Authors stability reports for product stability.
• Analyze data and test results to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to verify product development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records

Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for dimensional analysis
• Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and techniques
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
