Quality Assurance Test Technician — FDA-Regulated Manufacturing

Connexion partners with professionals who value accuracy, teamwork, and respect. We’re seeking a Quality-focused Test Technician to execute Verification & Validation (V&V) activities that support regulatory approval and manufacturing release of medical products.

Your Impact

Test outcomes you produce will be used to qualify a medical device and must meet FDA documentation requirements while accurately capturing test conditions.

Core Duties

• Contribute daily within a testing team of 5+ that includes Test Manager(s), Shift Lead(s), Test Engineers, and Test Technicians.
• Run test procedures exactly as written.
• Record and maintain test data with clear traceability to conditions.
• Immediately report anomalies found during test execution.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to assist in troubleshooting.

Must-Haves

• 1+ year as a test technician within design QA or manufacturing QA (medical product testing experience is a plus).
• Hands-on familiarity with test equipment such as data loggers, scales, and pressure gauges.
• Background in Quality or Testing disciplines.
• Ability to follow procedures authored by others without deviation.
• Competence with computer-based tasks (data entry, documentation, basic software).
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Proficiency Check
