What We Need:
The Quality Auditor is a key member of the Quality Management team, reporting directly to the Manager, Quality Management. This role is responsible for executing quality audits and monitoring activities to ensure that Synapse Health's products, services, and processes consistently meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
The Quality Auditor plays a critical role in protecting patient safety, supporting regulatory compliance, and strengthening the organization's quality infrastructure. Through detailed audits, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, this role helps identify risk, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the DMEPOS environment.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $51,200 – $64,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
