Quality Business Analyst

The Quality Business Analyst or blends subject matter expertise, a passion for process effectiveness and focused productivity in supporting business areas through successful outcomes in Quality Management.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and Audit transactions to ensure accuracy of workflow, adherence to policies and procedures and effectiveness of system processing.
  • Provide timely documented feedback on issues identified at the processor and/or system level and execute escalation procedures as applicable.
  • Identifies trends related to errors and examiners, and reports audit outcomes as needed to related business units.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Continuously meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally within work groups, in addition to all internal and external customers.
  • Support through assigned projects when appropriate or delegated by Management.
  • Attend internal and external education training to achieve and maintain proficiency on all systems.
  • Ability to understand regulations and/or required controls, and reference requirements in documentation.

  • 3+ years relevant Operations or Quality Auditing experience.
  • Associate degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Effective time management, shown through the ability to prioritize deliverables and communicate realistic timeframes for resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a key attention to detail.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven competency with various business tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Has working knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate multiple workstreams as needed achieve productivity standards.
  • Passionate about producing high-quality deliverables.
