Quality Care Promoter – Dental/Mobile Unit

Working under the direct supervision of Leadership the Quality Care Promoter supports both Quality Improvement and dental assisting functions within the dental department. This role includes performing clinical support duties, tracking patient outcomes, and promoting increased access to care. This position ensures efficient operations while upholding CCH’s mission to deliver high-quality, integrated care to underserved populations. This role also includes

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Five (5) years of clinical Dental experience required
• Certified Dental Assistant highly preferred
• Data entry experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and systems
• Knowledge of the techniques of receiving calls and making appointments
