About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Checking & Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team at Skyy Rider Electric Pvt. Ltd..

This role is crucial in maintaining product quality standards and ensuring seamless logistics and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality inspection processes, supply chain coordination, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Conduct detailed inspection of finished goods and components to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Identify defects, record non-conformities, and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to company quality policies.
• Participate in internal quality audits and implement preventive measures to reduce rework or rejection.

Logistics & Dispatch Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch operations for timely delivery to customers and internal sites.
• Manage transport vendors, negotiate logistics costs, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare all logistics documents including invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, packaging, and labeling.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP or inventory management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0-1years of experience in quality control and logistics management (preferably in manufacturing, automobile, or EV sector).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
