This is a full-time permanent position offering comprehensive employee benefits. It is a 100% on-site role, and we do not provide remote or hybrid work options.

Responsibilities:

Management Systems, Compliance, and Auditing

ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Manual owner/author

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and Manual owner/author

ANAB Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality and 14001:2015 Environmental Lead Auditor

  • Responsible for training and certification of all internal auditors
  • Interface with external auditing registrar BSI
  • ISO 27001 Information Security Management
  • ISO 14064 Green House Gas
  • ISO 50001 Energy Management

RBA: Responsible Business Association (Formerly EICC Electronic Industry)

ESG: Environment, Social, Government

Safety Team Leader

  • Monthly Safety Team Meetings (Chair and Secretary)
  • Oversee weekly Gemba walks

Corporate Level Risk Based Thinking Owner:

  • Risk Assessments: Process Approach, “Turtle diagram”, SIPOC
  • Risk Management: FMEA

Accountable for QMS issues related to: Strategic Planning, Quality Manual and supporting documentation/records, policy, planning (targets/objectives), internal/external communications, management reviews, customer satisfaction, vendor review, competence/training/awareness, product realization, monitoring and measurement, non-conforming product, internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions

Accountable for EMS issues related to: Environmental Manual and supporting documentation/records, policy, planning (targets/objectives), internal/external communications, management reviews, competence/training/awareness, legal and other regulatory requirements, evaluation of compliance, monitoring and measurement, internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions

  • Environmental Compliance (Storm water, Hazardous Materials, Dangerous Goods Shipping, R3, recycling)
  • Green House Gas Inventories (carbon footprint)

Health and Safety (OSHA)

  • Emergency Evacuation and all other emergency responses (planning, training, records)
  • Safety Captain Training (RCRA, Spill response, CPR certification)

Agency and Regulatory Management

  • UL, CQC, TUV S, Nemko, TUV Rhineland, India Compliance, CSA
  • Interface with all agencies/auditors for customer product

Platform and Process Management for Products

  • Oversee audits and reports for all platforms
  • Oversee supplier engineering Science and Technology Directorates
  • Oversee all Local Sub-tier (vendor) qualification, audits, and supplier monthly rating
  • Quality plan owner/author
  • Technical Capabilities Data Matrix owner (Fusion)
  • Analyze and report on all documents and changes related to the customer Advanced Quality Plan (i.e. ECOs, document changes, financial impact analysis statements)
  • OEM Supplier Quality Audits and Supplier Engineering Technical Review Liaison
  • Main interface with customer auditing team and Supplier Engineering Tech Audits
  • 8D/RCCA Audit findings documenter
  • 8D/RCCA verifier

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in EMS & QMS & Agency & Regulatory Management and Auditing quality control, manufacturing processes, and statistical analysis.
  • Skills: Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), compliance requirement & management, and other quality management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Language: English, Mandarin is required, as this role involves regular communication with our headquarters in Taiwan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
