QUALITY & COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Farmer Sutra is hiring a senior Quality & Compliance Manager to lead our certification body systems under NPOP and ISO 17065 requirements.

This role operates directly below the Director and is responsible for managing the full internal certification system, including field auditors, evaluators, and certification staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead complete NPOP Certification Body compliance framework as per APEDA and Regional Council requirements
• Coordinate with APEDA and Regional Councils for approvals, renewals, reporting, and surveillance
• Develop and control all CB documentation: Quality Manual, Certification Procedures, SOPs, Record Control Systems
• Oversee internal certification operations and staff workflows
• Ensure impartiality, inspector competence, conflict-of-interest controls, and audit integrity
• Conduct internal audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement as per ISO 17065
• Manage all Non-Conformities (NCs), CAPA implementation, and closure during APEDA/NABCB assessments
• Maintain full traceability, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across certification activities
