Gasket and Seal Fabricators (GSF) is a 45+ year manufacturing company serving customers across the Midwest. In addition to GSF, we recently acquired and are actively developing a second operating company, Sealtite Corporation, expanding our capabilities and long-term growth platform. Together, our companies specialize in custom gasket fabrication and industrial sealing solutions, prioritizing quality, customer service, and employee satisfaction. We operate in AS9100-certified environments and are committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and disciplined expansion.

Our customers—including some of the world’s most sophisticated manufacturers—depend on us for consistent quality, accurate documentation, and reliable delivery. We are expanding our Quality team to support both facilities and ensure continued excellence.

Our Culture

We take pride in maintaining a professional, people-first culture that balances high expectations with strong support. We operate with a family-oriented atmosphere where employees are known, valued, and frequently recognized. Our leadership style is patient, fair, and steady, and we believe strong performance comes from clear communication, mutual trust, and accountability rather than pressure or politics. We work hard and stay busy as a growing organization, but we also enjoy what we do. We host monthly company lunches and two company-wide celebration events each year to recognize our team, and we remain committed to building a workplace where professionals can take pride in their work and feel part of something meaningful long-term.
