Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality as per internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor compliance with applicable food / herbal / Ayurvedic manufacturing regulations
- Maintain and update quality documents, records, and registers
- Coordinate with production, labelling, and store teams for quality control
- Handle internal quality checks and support inspections or audits
- Address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Science, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, or related field
- Basic knowledge of GMP and quality systems
- Attention to detail and good documentation skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Malayalam)
